Vice President – Enterprise Sales | IT Infrastructure Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Enterprise Sales – VP to lead our enterprise business growth in the IT Infrastructure domain. The role demands a strong sales leader with proven expertise in driving large enterprise deals, building strategic relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    Define and execute enterprise sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Enterprise Account Management:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across large enterprises.
  • OEM engagement:
    Strong Relation with all Major OEMS in Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Availability, Data Centres, Cloud Infrastructure, Server Storage and Virtualization.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the enterprise sales team to consistently deliver high performance.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new opportunities across IT infrastructure solutions (Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Availability, Data Centres, Cloud Infrastructure, Server Storage and Virtualization etc.) and expand market share.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach:
    Collaborate with Major OEM, internal and external presales team and technical teams to design tailored IT infra solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Drive large deal closures, manage key accounts, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with delivery, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    Provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to the leadership team.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record of 15+ years in Enterprise sales within the IT infrastructure industry.
  • Strong CXO-level network and enterprise customer relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions (Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Security).
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large ticket-size deals.
